About me
My name is Elisa Frassinelli, and I'm a translator, translation revisor and proofreader working with texts in Italian, English and Spanish.
My career started in publishing, where I worked as a literary translator, mainly translating Gothic texts from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. Despite this, I'm an avid reader of contemporary literature and keep myself up to date with the latest trends of the publishing industry.
During the last three years, I worked for a digital university translating their courses and dedicating myself to machine translation post-editing. This career experience allowed me to deal with different types of texts and to study in depth a variety of specialised fields, particularly the healthcare sector.
